Evenue Terms of Service

Welcome to Evenue! By accessing or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Evenue, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Evenue. By using our app, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of Evenue, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use Evenue to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Post or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the app or servers or networks connected to the app
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent
• Use the app for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent

5. Content Ownership and Licensing

You retain ownership of any content you post on Evenue. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with operating and providing the app.

6. Event Creation and Attendance

When creating or attending events through Evenue:

• Event organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information
• Event organizers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Evenue is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of events listed on the app
• Users attend events at their own risk
• Event cancellations or changes are the responsibility of the event organizer

7. Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Infringes on any intellectual property rights of others
• Contains unsolicited promotions, spam, or advertising
• Exploits, harms, or attempts to exploit or harm minors in any way
• Promotes discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age
• Incites violence or contains graphic violence

8. Intellectual Property

The Evenue app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by EKZ Marketingas MB and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our app without our express written permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Evenue may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. You acknowledge and agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of any third-party services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Evenue at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimers

Evenue is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the app's reliability, accuracy, or availability. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EKZ Marketingas MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Evenue.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EKZ Marketingas MB and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of Evenue or violation of these Terms of Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated terms in the app and updating the effective date. Your continued use of Evenue after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
